"Proclamation. Le 20 août de cette année on a tiré de nombreuses maisons ... [signed] Le Commandant de la Ville. Andenne, le 22 août 1914". Poster informing the population of Andenne that shots have been fired from houses killing one German soldier. The persons responsible have been shot but the leaders have not been found. It offers a reward for information leading to their arrest.
