Eric Weichel

Eric Weichel is a PhD student of Art History at Queen’s University, whose work investigates early eighteenth-century British portraiture. His latest article,"'Fixed by so much better a fire': Wigs, Masculinity, and Early Georgian Portrait Miniatures,” appeared in the autumn 2008 issue of Shift. He has also curated a public exhibition of Ancien Régime portrait prints, selected from the W. McAllister Johnson Collection in Ottawa.
