The Jews in Russia have revolted against the military authorities.
Went for a short walk with C to the Stadtpark this evening. I always have to be very careful and talk as little English as possible.

The Austrians have defeated 8 army corps & 10 divisions of Russians at Krasnik. 2,000 prisoners—numberless guns etc. 30,000 Russians have been taken by German troops in East Prussia!
