mine sweepers, destroyers & passenger ships and also on two hospital ships.
It is just about 17 years ago since I saw you last at Paris Station, when you all came up to say good bye to me when I passed through with the contingent from London Ont. Since then I have been very fortunate. I little thought then that in just over 17 years I should be a Lt Colonel commanding a Battalion, did you?
Now I have been talking a great deal about myself and it is up to you to pull yourself together & let me hear what you have been doing & how everybody is in your part of the world.
With kindest regards to both you and your wife
Believe me
Yours very sincerely
