Reproduced in Lordahl’s book vol.2 part 2 p. 332. Does this copy come from the Henry Schwab collection since he is the one who supplied Lordahl with the photocopy for his book. According to Lordahl (e-mail) , there are only one or two examples of this type of letter known. The illustration of the first edition was replaced in the subsequent editions in CD format.
