Description

By the Comité Central du Parti Communiste Français. Long and detailed analysis of the situation at the end of the German occupation of France and the actions needed from the Communist Party. Unfortunately the first page with the title is missing. On the verso of the last page, the note in pencil Août 1944 La Vie du Parti. This was a major underground newspaper of the PCF and this long article may have been written for it. Probably Henri Gourdeaux’s copy with the rubber stamp Henri Gourdeaux, Conseiller municipal de Paris. Gourdeaux (1881-1961) was a union leader of the Post Office employees (PTT) and was an important member of the Party.
