Nearly complete transcription of the letter signed "J" (WWIIJUR-0224 Mon cher Maître) and only a portion of the letter à "ma petite Marcelle" (WWIIJUR-0228). The end of the document is a petition to the Minister of Justice for two demands concerning the prisoners. The date of the petition (and thus of the document) is probably an error for "1944" or "janvier" is an error for "juin". As the excerpts of the letters are dated June 1943, the petition cannot be of January 1943. A manuscript note at the end reads "49 décès du 1/1/43 au 15/2/43 sur 1100 prisonniers".
