The largest correspondence is from French prisoner Bernu in Stalag XI B (Fallingbostel) which contains a total of 330 cards and letters including a) 208 letters from the prisoner to his wife between September 23, 1940 and December 11, 1944 with one last letter dated February 5, 1945 and b) 122 from his wife to the prisoner from August 10, 1942 to September 18, 1944. The letters are numbered 128 to 253 without much interruption except for a few numbers.
